IN THE STATIC is the English album release of Dschafaa's bilingual work IN THE STATIC | IM RAUSCHEN.

It is the clear, reflective, luminous side of the diptych.

## Role in the Work

IN THE STATIC carries distance, reflection, light, transparency, and insight.

It is not a simple English version of the German album. It is the second panel of the same consciousness.

Where IM RAUSCHEN is bodily and existential, IN THE STATIC is clear and translucent.

German wrestles. English recognizes.

German has body. English has light.
